MRRE was established in 2003 and is a one-of-a kind internet-based application, with no software or downloads required. It was developed and patented by Lawyers for Lawyers and Lenders. MRRE enables Lawyers to communicate and submit interim, funding, and final mortgage reports, on time with increased efficiency, to all Lenders.

MRRE is linked with certain qualified and approved Title Insurance Companies in order to allow the pre-population of fields automatically into MRRE's reporting documents and to report authorized and valid Title Insurance Policies have been issued.
